Key Notes
Workday configuration and business partnership combine in this Arriva HCM analyst position. The full-time, 12-month fixed-term vacancy offers Sunderland or London, with at least three office days per week, and supports an international post-go-live platform. Hands-on HCM experience, requirements gathering and stakeholder influence are essential; Recruiting, reporting, security configuration and organisational change exposure are desirable rather than mandatory, with workshops, release testing and process improvement forming part of the work.

- Deliver configuration changes and enhancements and resolve incidents, service requests and change requests against agreed support service levels.
- Maintain reports and dashboards and test Workday releases and new functionality, managing change quality and reducing implementation risk.
- Facilitate workshops and demonstrations and create user guidance and training resources, improving adoption, automation and employee experience across business units.
What They Are Looking For

- Technical: Configuration and continuous improvement capability, supported by strong communication and relationship-building.
- Preferred: Workday Recruiting, reporting, security, shared environments and acquisition or transformation exposure are desirable.
