Employers receiving candidate data through the Service may act as independent controllers of that data for their own recruitment purposes. Candidates should therefore also review any privacy information provided by the relevant employer.
Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal data in application materials unless it is clearly relevant and lawful to do so.
6. Employer and business contact data
If you are an employer user, business contact or representative of an organisation using the Service, we may process information such as your name, work contact details, billing details, account information, communications and usage data.
We use this information to administer accounts, provide the Service, manage commercial relationships, process payments where relevant, publish approved content and communicate with you.
7. Public-facing content and directory information

As a general guide:
- contact enquiries may be retained for up to 12 months or longer where relevant to ongoing communications or legal matters;
- account and business relationship data may be retained for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards;
- candidate and application data may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, support recruitment workflows, maintain records and deal with legal or operational issues;
- analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. Google Analytics has been configured with a 14-month retention period for user-level and event-level data. MobilityTalent's own first-party analytics data is retained for no longer than the same period unless a shorter retention period applies;
- technical logs may be retained in line with internal practices and provider settings.
Where it is not possible to state a precise retention period in advance, we determine retention by reference to the nature of the data, the processing purpose, security requirements, legal obligations and whether the data may be relevant to disputes or enforcement.
12. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or unauthorised access.
However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. Your rights

- request restriction of processing;
