What You'll Work On
- Own Voi's international public-sector tender lifecycle from market preparation and product demonstrations through compliance validation and final submission.
- Run tender PMO controls covering kick-offs, RACI frameworks, risk assessments, quality reviews, clarification periods and submission deadlines.
- Review written and operational tender responses against local procurement rules, legal requirements and city-specific compliance conditions.
- Coordinate hardware and software demonstrations, executive reporting and post-tender reviews across Legal, Operations, Tech, Content and partner teams.

- Experience: At least six years in PMO, bid/tender management or complex project management is sought.
- Domain: Public-sector procurement, B2G, mobility or another highly regulated industry background is sought.
- Technical: International public-procurement processes, regulatory frameworks and compliance standards are sought.
- Technical: PMO methods such as RACI, risk matrices and milestone mapping are sought.
- Language: Excellent written/spoken English is sought; additional European languages, including German, French, Italian or Dutch, are advantageous.
- Qualification: A degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or Public Policy, or equivalent practical experience, is sought; PMP, PRINCE2 or APMP is desirable.
