The role also prepares the business for city tenders and regulatory change while leading the local policy team. Relevant expertise includes public-affairs experience in mobility, transport, technology or another policy-led sector, plus detailed knowledge of UK political and regulatory processes.
What You'll Work On
- Set and implement Voi's UK and Ireland policy strategy with the regional General Manager and central teams.
- Draft regulatory positions, consultation material and evidence-led advocacy using input from Analytics, Product, Operations, Legal and Tender colleagues.
- Build senior relationships with city, regional and national stakeholders, representing Voi in consultations, conferences and working groups.
- Direct regional public relations, tender positioning, compliance readiness and the goals and development of Voi's local policy team.

- Experience: Relevant experience includes public-affairs experience in mobility, transport, technology or another policy-driven sector.

- Technical: Relevant technical skills include evidence-led policy drafting and specialised, role-specific use of AI to adapt workflows.
- Stakeholder: Relevant stakeholder skills include cross-functional leadership, senior relationships and experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Qualification: Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, Public Policy, Business, Economics, Communications or a similar subject.
- Language: Language skills sought include professional fluency in English.
