Key Notes
City-level commercial ownership combines authority relationships, new-market assessment, tender leadership, contract negotiation and P&L accountability across a dedicated UK region. The role also shapes local service design, pricing and product choices through data and rider insight. Voi seeks three to five years in policy, government or enterprise account management, operations, strategy or consulting, plus regular UK travel.
What You'll Work On
- Manage commercial relationships with transport authorities, city administrators and local partner organisations across an assigned United Kingdom region.
- Assess new markets for commercial viability, regulatory readiness and strategic fit, then lead pre-tender and tender activity.
- Negotiate city contracts and own city-level profit and loss across Voi services.
- Use operational data and market research to shape local service design, pricing, product strategy and rider-growth initiatives.
Why This Role Matters
- Voi’s new UK market opportunities must fit commercial and regulatory conditions; entry assessments and city negotiations define viable terms for the service proposed in each location.
- Voi’s city-level P&Ls expose local financial performance; pricing and product decisions use that evidence to balance growth and profitability with policy requirements and city needs.
