What You'll Work On
- Write and edit city-specific RFI, RFP and ITT responses against local priorities, evaluation criteria, languages and submission requirements.
- Structure tender narratives around agreed win themes and adapt drafts with local-market teams and external partners.
- Refine contributions from Policy, Finance, R&D, Legal and Commercial specialists into consistent, compliant proposal content.
- Maintain Voi’s tender content library and use evaluator feedback and scoring outcomes to improve later submissions.
