What You'll Work On

  • Support delivery of Arriva’s climate change strategy through sustainability projects with colleagues across the passenger transport business.
  • Contribute to ESG reports and disclosures for investors and stakeholders, preparing clear written content and evidence on sustainability priorities.
  • Analyse data, identify improvement opportunities and monitor progress on initiatives affecting customers, operations, communities and environmental outcomes.

What They Are Looking For

  • Qualification: A degree achieved or in progress in any discipline; 2:1 preferred, with strong 2:2 applications considered.
  • Technical: Confidence using data and evidence and producing clear written content for different audiences.
  • Stakeholder: Communication, collaboration and influencing skills, including interest in business cases for sustainable change.
  • Eligibility: Permanent UK work rights, availability in September 2027 and willingness to travel as required.
