Five-day attendance at Trainline’s Farringdon office is explicit for this senior workplace-technology position, which publishes £45,000–£50,000. The remit combines Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation leadership with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, JAMF Pro, Intune, AV/VC, incident management, security controls and team mentoring. The senior analyst also owns service standards and develops the support team’s technical capability.

What You'll Work On

  • Own complex incidents through investigation, resolution and post-incident review, using logs, cross-system analysis and third-party escalation where necessary.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, including Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, SSO integrations and identity lifecycle controls.
  • Manage MacOS and Windows estates through JAMF Pro, Intune and Autopilot, covering policies, deployments, onboarding and asset lifecycle.
  • Maintain meeting-room AV/VC systems and lead technical delivery for executive presentations, internal events and all-hands sessions.
  • Mentor support engineers, improve ticket standards and runbooks, and automate recurring workplace-technology work with scripting or AI tooling.

What They Are Looking For

  • Technical: Solid enterprise experience with Windows 11, Apple devices, JAMF Pro, Microsoft Intune and Autopilot is required.
  • Technical: Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory administration covering Conditional Access, SSPR, MFA, RBAC and SSO/SAML is required.
  • Technical: Practical networking and scripting skills across TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN, PowerShell, AppleScript and Bash are required.
  • Domain: Solid experience with ITSM platforms, lifecycle ticket management, SLA reporting and queue ownership is required.
  • Domain: Solid experience with security tools, best practices, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001 is required.
  • Preferred: Microsoft, Azure, Apple, JAMF, CompTIA or ITIL certifications are desirable.
