What You'll Work On
- Convert annual and quarterly Trainline Media revenue targets into pipeline, prospecting and account-planning requirements for the sales team.
- Run sales-performance reviews using leading and lagging indicators for capacity, productivity, conversion and revenue risk.
- Build a prioritised prospect universe across advertisers, agencies and verticals, directing seller attention towards accounts most likely to convert.
- Own Salesforce pipeline standards, forecasting methodology and commercial reporting across committed, likely and upside revenue categories.
- Develop dashboards, AI-assisted sales tools and reusable outreach frameworks for the Trainline Media sales team.
