What You'll Work On
- Produce baseline and delivery programmes covering the full scope, costs, resources and milestones of projects and bids, securing client acceptance where required.
- Analyse programme performance, changes, risks and slippage and provide schedules and reports that explain likely impacts and proposed mitigation to project leaders.
- Run risk workshops and schedule-risk analysis and apply earned-value processes, tracking critical paths and interfaces across internal teams and external parties.
- Plan workload and supervise junior planners, representing project controls in client meetings and communicating progress and programme requirements to the delivery team.
