The profile lists geotechnical design experience, relevant software and CDE use, ISO 19650 awareness, graduate professional registration and a relevant degree. The contract is permanent.

What You'll Work On

  • Produce geotechnical calculations, drawings, models, technical reports and specifications for defined work packages at the relevant project stage.
  • Check personal deliverables for accuracy, completeness and compliance with engineering standards, legal duties, project procedures and stated requirements.
  • Coordinate geotechnical inputs with interfacing disciplines, recording assumptions, constraints and technical risks for senior engineers or project managers.
  • Apply safe-by-design and risk-management principles when developing practical solutions that balance quality, cost, programme and safety constraints.
  • Provide geotechnical content for proposals, bids and studies while preparing clear technical correspondence and work-package progress information.

Why This Role Matters

  • Geotechnical assumptions and constraints affect interfaces with other design disciplines; timely risk communication gives senior engineers and project managers evidence for coordinated infrastructure solutions.
