Trainline’s corporate organisation is undergoing transformation across organisational design, workforce planning, leadership capability and AI-enabled ways of working. You’ll partner with senior leaders using workforce data and employee insight while helping evolve the People Partnering model. Relevant expertise includes significant partnering experience with Corporate or Commercial organisations. Salary is £60,000–£70,000; the London role is hybrid with 60% office attendance over 12 weeks.
What You'll Work On
- Develop corporate people plans with senior leaders using workforce data, organisational insight and external trends.
- Coach leaders on organisational effectiveness, performance, talent, leadership capability and employee engagement.
- Lead or support organisational design, restructures, transformation and collective consultation in line with employment legislation.
- Identify emerging workforce issues through employee-health measures, engagement insight and industry evidence.
- Simplify People processes and identify AI or automation opportunities that create capacity for more strategic partnering.

- Experience: Significant People Partner experience supporting Corporate or Commercial organisations and Director-level leaders is sought.

- Technical: Use of people data, workforce insights and business context to shape decisions is sought.
- Experience: People-process, operating-model or working-practice improvement, with interest in AI and emerging technology, is sought.
