What You'll Work On

  • Lead Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Finance Systems and Cashbook teams, setting objectives, balancing capacity and developing team members.
  • Manage invoices, payments, collections and reconciliations while maintaining financial governance, segregation of duties and payment-authorisation controls.
  • Monitor working-capital indicators, aged debt and debtor days, providing regular analysis to the Group Financial Controller.
  • Oversee bank and cash reconciliation across entities and currencies and own operational-finance delivery through month-end close and audit.
  • Improve finance processes through automation and coordinate systems changes with Technology and the Finance transformation roadmap.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience: Relevant experience includes substantial operational-finance management, ideally spanning Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and finance systems.
  • Domain: Relevant domain knowledge includes credit control, working-capital management, financial controls and end-to-end transactional finance.
  • Technical: Relevant technical skills include ERP experience, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable platform.
  • Experience: Relevant experience includes finance-team leadership and delivery of process automation or efficiency improvements.
  • Stakeholder: Relevant stakeholder skills include effective partnership with Finance, Technology and senior business leadership, including SLA management.
