What You'll Work On
- Lead Engineering Managers and multiple full-stack squads, using coaching and performance conversations to develop people and future technical leaders.
- Own planning and delivery across Customer Growth initiatives, maintaining quality and delivery timing across connected product domains.
- Set technical direction and architecture across web, backend and mobile work covering railcards, subscriptions and customer value exchange.
- Align technical delivery with Product, Design, Data and Commercial priorities and guide teams towards the strongest supported opportunities.
- Establish monitoring, alerting and incident-management practices that strengthen operational execution across the Customer Growth engineering organisation.
