What You'll Work On
- Coordinate architectural design packages and produce drawings, schedules and calculations, managing supporting colleagues against project standards and client requirements.
- Lead architectural technicians, partner designers and subconsultants and integrate their work with other disciplines through technical design, construction and handover.
- Develop feasibility, outline and detailed designs and provide site assistance, advising contractors and consultants on design issues during project delivery.
- Plan resources and review tender opportunities, preparing deliverables, estimates and programmes while maintaining design quality within agreed budgets and timescales.

What They Are Looking For

- Experience: Work to standards used by Network Rail, Crossrail, HS2 or London Underground is sought.
- Preferred: Rail-infrastructure or Middle Eastern infrastructure design experience is described as an advantage.
