What You'll Work On

  • Coordinate billing for advertising, partnerships and other non-rail revenue streams, maintaining registers and preparing accruals and monthly summaries for Management Accounts.
  • Reconcile campaign impressions, insertion orders and invoices, reviewing commercial terms and resolving billing discrepancies with Commercial, Ad Operations and Finance.
  • Standardise revenue inputs and reporting workflows, working with billing and transformation colleagues on automated processes and support for outstanding customer payments.
