Independent handling of complex employee-relations cases is requested for this sixteen-month fixed-term Edinburgh role. The client groups include Customer Services and Operations, Fraud and Payments, and Corporate Affairs. You will coach managers and deliver people projects. Hybrid attendance requires at least 60% in the office over twelve weeks; CIPD Level 5 is helpful.
What You'll Work On
- Partner with the designated operational and corporate teams, identifying people risks and advising managers in the context of their business priorities.
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence and restructure cases through completion, coaching managers and applying practical employee-relations advice throughout the relevant processes.
- Lead people initiatives from scoping to delivery, using workforce evidence in leadership discussions and coordinating implementation with the wider People team.
