What You'll Work On
- Own Via Germany's monthly payroll with the external provider and Finance, People and Operations teams.
- Guide Payroll Managers across Israel, the UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands on regional standards and working practices.
- Monitor German tax and wage changes, run payroll audits and implement internal controls and process improvements.
- Prepare payroll journals, reconcile general-ledger accounts and manage benefit deductions, tax withholdings and escalated employee queries.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: Relevant experience includes at least seven years of dedicated German payroll experience, including hourly or shift-based employees.
- Domain: Relevant domain knowledge includes familiarity with payroll in other EMEA countries, including Israel, the UK, France and the Netherlands.
- Technical: Relevant technical skills include HRIS and payroll systems such as P&I Loga, plus strong Microsoft Excel capability.
- Language: Fluency in English is required; German is preferred.
- Preferred: Previous experience leading or guiding a payroll team is a plus.
