What You'll Work On

  • Lead payroll processing across Via's countries and entities while managing regional Payroll Managers and payroll professionals.
  • Establish global payroll governance, controls, policies and procedures for a growing workforce and multiple operating regions.
  • Manage payroll providers, employer-of-record partners, tax advisers and platform relationships, including Workday, iiPay and P&I Loga.
  • Direct payroll tax, equity compensation, statutory reporting, registrations, remittances and executive reporting with Finance, Legal and People teams.
  • Build payroll metrics covering headcount, spend, variance, tax and executive reporting while resolving complex escalated payroll matters.
