What You'll Work On
- Manage civil-design work packages against project plans, forecasts, budgets and agreed outcomes, documenting changes to fees, programme and scope.
- Coordinate designers, construction and procurement teams so design information and resource plans support the overall project-delivery programme and client requirements.
- Apply project controls, risk assessment and relevant safety and environmental requirements, reviewing design-management documentation and progress through preliminary and detailed stages.
- Chair progress meetings and prepare reports, support tenders and contractor appointments and supervise assistant managers, graduates and apprentices contributing to delivery.
