Arriva’s September 2027 graduate intake includes a London business development role supporting strategic insight, tenders and mergers and acquisitions. You will analyse information and contribute recommendations across an international passenger transport business, with at least three office days each week. Graduates from any discipline can apply: a 2:1 is preferred, strong 2:2 applications are considered, permanent UK work rights are required and the advert closes on 27 November 2026.
What You'll Work On
- Support strategic planning and insight activities, researching market trends and growth opportunities across Arriva’s passenger transport businesses.
- Contribute to large tender, merger and acquisition and other commercial projects, working with colleagues across functions and international markets.
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative information and prepare recommendations, presentations and reports to support investment and long-term growth decisions.
What They Are Looking For
- Qualification: A degree achieved or in progress in any discipline; 2:1 preferred, with strong 2:2 applications considered.
- Technical: Strong Excel skills and ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and professional Word reports; confidence using AI tools is welcomed.
- Stakeholder: Research, analysis, strategic problem-solving and communication skills for collaborative international work.
- Eligibility: Permanent right to work in the UK, availability in September 2027 and willingness to travel in the UK and continental Europe.
