Aerospace supplier-quality experience, ideally around ten years, is requested for this full-time Bristol position. You will work across supplier development, industrialisation and quality assurance, reporting to the VP of Procurement and Supply Chain with a functional Quality reporting line. Global travel is approximately 25%, mainly within Europe; equivalent practical experience is valued alongside a preferred degree.
What You'll Work On
- Develop supplier quality strategy, governance and performance measures, aligning processes with aircraft certification, industrialisation and the transition towards production.
- Support supplier development and improvement activity, working with engineering, procurement and operations to identify quality risks and strengthen manufacturing capability.
- Use performance data to prioritise corrective work and evolve supplier processes, maintaining effective relationships as the programme and production requirements expand.

- Experience: Relevant experience includes aerospace supplier quality, ideally around 10 years, alongside audits and supplier development.
- Technical: Relevant technical capabilities include AS9100 or AS13100, Part 21G/J, 8D, 5 Whys and PFMEA.
- Domain: Relevant domain knowledge includes industrialisation, engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Preferred: Preferred attributes include engineering degree; equivalent practical experience is valued.
- Eligibility: Eligibility conditions include willingness to travel globally approximately 25%.
