What You'll Work On
- Lead or support Engineering Safety Management across major rail projects, coordinating assurance work through engineering disciplines and stages of the project lifecycle.
- Work with clients and internal teams to deliver safety management and interoperability assurance, challenging decisions and addressing defined engineering-safety problems.
- Share technical knowledge and mentor colleagues, helping align assurance processes and develop safety-engineering competence across the wider business.
- Manage project programmes and budgets and contribute to bids and pricing for rail-safety work, shaping services around stakeholders’ stated needs.
