What You'll Work On
- Lead and coordinate rail and light-rail engineering design packages through the project lifecycle, aligning technical work across local and wider delivery teams.
- Manage engineering budgets and programmes and undertake the Contractor’s Engineering Manager role on assigned transportation projects and programmes.
- Lead CSM/CDM requirements and apply systems-engineering approaches to delivery assurance, coordinating interfaces between the contributing technical disciplines.
- Maintain client relationships and prepare technical responses for pre-qualification, proposals and tenders, supporting the engineering-management workbank and new opportunities.

- Qualification: A relevant engineering or numerate degree and Chartered or Incorporated status in the core engineering discipline are sought.
- Domain: Relevant knowledge includes UK rail/light-rail safety, standards and regulations, alongside technical bidding and workbank management.
- Eligibility: Security clearance may be required; if so, UKSV may request evidence of five or more years of UK residency. Do not include current or previous clearance details in your application.
