What You'll Work On

  • Lead bridge and structural engineering assurance, reviewing design, construction and modification proposals against asset safety, reliability and fitness-for-purpose requirements.
  • Manage and develop the engineering team, providing technical oversight, coaching and specialist advice to operational teams, capital projects and asset planners.
  • Maintain engineering standards and critical capabilities, working with contractors and industry partners to address structural risks throughout the railway asset lifecycle.
