What You'll Work On

  • Execute incident and major-incident support activities, managing escalations and system outages to restore business services within agreed service-level targets.
  • Work with suppliers on service performance and contractual requirements, coordinating communications with business teams and projects during service transition and operation.
  • Analyse incident and request metrics to identify recurring problems, recommend proactive solutions and improve the handling of production defects.
  • Manage day-to-day availability across the service portfolio, applying SAP HR functional expertise to the ongoing support and lifecycle of those services.

What They Are Looking For

  • Qualification: A relevant degree, equivalent technical qualification or demonstrable service-support industry experience is essential; ITSM qualification and/or practical operation is required.
  • Experience: The stated criterion is at least three years as a senior functional consultant and a minimum of two SAP implementations as functional expert or SME.
  • Technical: Relevant technical skills include SAP HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance, integration technologies and certification in at least two modules: HCM, Payroll, Success Factors ECC, Success Factors Onboarding or Time Management.
  • Stakeholder: Relevant experience includes incident management, complex customer relationships and communicating technical issues within agreed service levels.
  • Eligibility: UK right to work is required; sponsorship is unavailable.
