What You'll Work On

  • Support local people plans and business-led change, coordinating analysis and documentation with People colleagues and the functions involved in delivery.
  • Organise stakeholder workshops and contribute to operating-model design and implementation, gathering information needed to define and communicate proposed changes.
  • Assist people partnering and employee-relations activity, working with Finance, Legal and Communications colleagues as assignments move between the three teams.
