What You'll Work On
- Build long-term advertising partnerships with large brands across entertainment, automotive, technology, telecoms and B2B markets, identifying each customer's commercial priorities.
- Manage high-value advertising pipelines with senior marketing executives, adapting account strategies as Uber's Mobility and Delivery advertising products and market conditions develop.
- Work with Product, Marketing and Operations to resolve commercial barriers, inform product priorities and deliver advertising solutions for strategic partners.
- Negotiate advertising agreements with strategic partners, explaining Uber's differentiated value proposition and responding to complex commercial requirements across key accounts.
What They Are Looking For
- Experience: At least eight years of full-time experience in end-to-end enterprise or large-customer digital advertising sales.
- Experience: A record of selling complex advertising solutions to large enterprise brands and organisations.
- Domain: Experience prospecting and winning new partnerships in entertainment, automotive, technology, telecoms or B2B sectors.
- Qualification: A strong educational background or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing or a related field.
- Preferred: Advanced skills in value creation and capture through creative deal terms, plus data-informed storytelling to quantify opportunities and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Preferred: Resilience and resourcefulness in ambiguous environments, a record of improving team performance and accountability, and a systems approach to account portfolios and market trends.
