What You'll Work On

  • Coach business-development representatives on prospecting, consultative messaging and account qualification to create advertising opportunities with brands, agencies and merchants.
  • Set outbound strategies and coordinate target accounts, messaging and qualified-lead handoffs with Client Partners, industry leads and Marketing colleagues.
  • Monitor conversion and pipeline measures, standardise sales processes and improve the team's use of Salesforce and automation tools.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience: Three or more years in sales, business development or account management, plus three or more in management, team leadership or mentoring.
  • Domain: Success in digital-media sales, advertising, ad tech, retail-media networks or agency settings.
  • Technical: Ability to analyse funnel data and conversion measures to improve performance and produce reliable forecasts.
  • Stakeholder: Strong executive communication and coaching skills for developing sales talent.
  • Preferred: Outbound-team leadership and advanced Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo and AI sales-tool skills.
