What You'll Work On
- Lead inspection and surveying programmes across London Underground stations and operational buildings, setting priorities and assuring technical quality.
- Apply building pathology, construction knowledge and condition evidence to identify defects, asset risks and appropriate maintenance or investment responses.
- Introduce digital surveying tools, standard methods and repeatable processes that improve productivity, evidence quality and whole-life asset decisions.
- Coordinate engineering, operations and asset-management stakeholders while developing technical capability and a culture of continuous improvement.
