Senior leadership in safeguarding, community safety or a related public-service setting is requested for this permanent Band 5 role. Reporting to the Director of Security, Policing and Enforcement, you will lead customer safeguarding and workplace violence strategy. Palestra is the London base, with 50% office attendance; UK visa sponsorship is unavailable.

What You'll Work On

  • Lead safeguarding and workplace violence strategy, setting policies and interventions with specialist team leaders across TfL’s security and enforcement remit.
  • Coordinate responses to complex incidents and develop multi-agency partnerships involving police, local authorities, health services, trade unions and specialist charities.
  • Provide executive assurance and expert advice for regulatory or coronial proceedings, using evidence and emerging risks to shape safeguarding policy.

  • Stakeholder: Relevant stakeholder skills include strategic multi-agency partnerships and leadership of specialist teams.
  • Qualification: Relevant qualifications include relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
