What You'll Work On

  • Develop Sales and Partnerships Managers, setting expectations and recruiting talent to support Uber Health and Transit commercial growth.
  • Define UK and Ireland market strategy and support account planning, partnerships and tender responses across healthcare, public-sector and transport customers.
  • Manage forecasts and sales processes while coordinating with Product, Operations, Legal and bid specialists to remove barriers and support customer launches.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience: Six or more years of B2B sales with consistent target achievement, plus 2–3+ years managing sales or business-development teams.
  • Domain: Consultative enterprise and public-sector sales, including formal procurement, competitive tenders and bid-led opportunities.
  • Stakeholder: Recruiting and coaching commercial teams, negotiating with senior customers and coordinating across business functions.
  • Technical: Data-led pipeline management and advanced Salesforce experience, with tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, Groove or Lusha.
  • Preferred: NHS, local-authority or transport sales and knowledge of UK and Ireland healthcare, patient transport or paratransit.
