What You'll Work On

  • Translate central Driver Operations strategies into regional plans with named owners, timelines, success measures and governance across Western Europe.
  • Own regional driver KPIs and OKRs, diagnose underperformance and coordinate corrective action across acquisition, activation, quality and engagement.
  • Lead prioritisation with general managers and central teams, resolving resource trade-offs around the highest-return regional initiatives.
  • Feed market evidence on regulatory risks and operational constraints into the design of Bolt’s global driver programmes.
  • Build regional capability through shared tools, playbooks, local-team development and structured cross-market learning.
