Driver-engagement communications at Bolt span email, WhatsApp, social media, in-app messages and local hubs. The role plans campaigns with Operations, Marketing, Lifecycle and Legal teams, then measures reach, adoption, engagement and conversion. Relevant expertise includes five to six years of relevant communications or campaign experience and hands-on lifecycle or CRM capability. The full-time role is based on-site in London.
What You'll Work On
- Lead driver communication strategies and campaigns across email, WhatsApp, social media, in-app and offline channels.
- Plan communications for product launches, feature roll-outs, regulatory updates and driver initiatives with Operations, Marketing, Lifecycle and Legal teams.
- Create compliant social content, newsletters, educational materials and hub assets for driver audiences.
- Develop segmented driver-lifecycle campaigns and test content, timing and channel performance.
- Gather driver feedback and report campaign performance using reach, engagement, adoption and conversion measures.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: Relevant experience includes five to six years in content creation, communications, engagement, social marketing or campaign management, including independent ownership of a communications channel.
- Technical: Relevant technical skills include hands-on experience with a lifecycle or CRM platform; Braze is preferred, alongside channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook groups and email.
- Stakeholder: Relevant stakeholder skills include excellent copywriting and the ability to adapt tone across audience segments and platforms.
- Technical: Relevant technical skills include familiarity with campaign reporting, performance tracking and insight generation.
- Preferred: Experience with communities or marketplace audiences such as mobility, platforms, logistics or the gig economy is presented as a strong advantage.
