What You'll Work On
- Build and deploy AI agents, dashboards, workflow automations and decision-support systems from prototype to production-ready use.
- Identify high-friction operational problems across markets and convert them into scalable AI solutions.
- Work directly with internal data, APIs, large language models and automation frameworks with minimal reliance on Engineering, Data or Product teams.
- Own problem definition, prioritisation, build, pilot, rollout, adoption and iteration for each solution.
- Prepare leadership decisions on trade-offs, risk, ROI and operational impact and define responsible-AI guardrails and governance.
