AI delivery for Bolt’s Rides operations spans agents, dashboards, workflow automations and decision systems built directly by this individual contributor. The remit runs from problem selection and prototype through production, rollout, adoption and governance, with no direct reports. Relevant expertise includes hands-on Python, SQL, API, large-language-model and automation experience; relocation support is not provided.

What You'll Work On

  • Build and deploy AI agents, dashboards, workflow automations and decision-support systems from prototype to production-ready use.
  • Identify high-friction operational problems across markets and convert them into scalable AI solutions.
  • Work directly with internal data, APIs, large language models and automation frameworks with minimal reliance on Engineering, Data or Product teams.
  • Own problem definition, prioritisation, build, pilot, rollout, adoption and iteration for each solution.
  • Prepare leadership decisions on trade-offs, risk, ROI and operational impact and define responsible-AI guardrails and governance.
