What You'll Work On

  • Develop public-affairs strategies that mitigate political, regulatory and legislative risks across Middle Eastern markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with policymakers, regulators, government authorities and industry associations.
  • Represent Bolt in meetings, consultations and policy forums and deliver clear, evidence-based advocacy.
  • Prepare policy papers, consultation responses and briefings for different political and regulatory environments.
  • Coordinate Legal, Commercial and Operations teams and manage external public-affairs advisers when required.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience: Relevant experience includes work influencing policy, legislation or regulatory outcomes in government, a regulator, consultancy or an in-house policy function.
  • Domain: Relevant domain knowledge includes understanding of legislative and regulatory processes across several jurisdictions; Middle East experience is described as ideal.
  • Language: Language skills sought include excellent written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • Stakeholder: Relevant stakeholder skills include existing government or policy networks in one or more Middle Eastern markets.
  • Domain: Relevant domain knowledge includes experience in technology, mobility, transport, marketplaces or another highly regulated industry.
