What You'll Work On
- Lead manufacturing operations at Wembley, scaling production processes against demand and coordinating engineering, quality and supply chain input into delivery plans.
- Apply quality-control systems and continuous improvement methods to production processes, reviewing output consistency, defects, downtime and progress against operational targets.
- Develop multidisciplinary production teams through coaching, technical knowledge sharing and skills development, while managing operational change and evolving customer requirements.
