As the Sizewell C transport operation grows, you’ll lead people and recruitment delivery for Specialist Passenger Solutions as its Sizewell C transport operation grows. The initial focus is high-volume driver recruitment, workforce forecasting and onboarding, alongside employee relations, absence, payroll, union relationships and compliant HR processes. At least two years in a people function, high-volume in-house recruitment, ATS experience, current employment-law knowledge and CIPD Level 3 are required. The role is based in Ipswich.
What You'll Work On
- Lead high-volume recruitment, workforce forecasting and onboarding for operational growth, coordinating recruitment checks and the associated ATS and Workday processes.
- Manage employee-relations cases, absence and payroll interfaces, and work with trade unions and managers on workforce matters within the operating business.
- Develop managers and community attraction activity, maintaining HR policies and preparing inclusive recruitment communications for the workforce groups being recruited.

- Experience: Applicants need current employment-law knowledge and disciplined right-to-work, DVLA and medical checks.
- Eligibility: Full UK driving licence and flexibility to support a 24/7 operation.
- Preferred: Transport-sector or complex-business recruitment experience.
