Transport-operations supervisory experience and working knowledge of road-traffic and employment requirements are central to this Olive Grove role. You’ll coordinate drivers and vehicles, manage incidents and performance records, and investigate service problems during the shift. The permanent full-time position is depot-based and includes responsibility for supporting and supervising operational staff.
What You'll Work On
- Supervise drivers, vehicles and daily service delivery at Olive Grove, resolving allocation and operational issues during the shift.
- Monitor punctuality, vehicle availability and driver-hours compliance and maintain accurate performance and incident records.
- Investigate depot service problems and prepare reports, coordinating practical recovery action with operational colleagues responsible for drivers and vehicles.
- Lead and support depot employees through performance discussions and coordinate workforce matters constructively with relevant trade-union representatives.
