What You'll Work On
- Coordinate vehicles, drivers and routes overnight and adjust plans when live service does not run as expected.
- Support customers across multiple communication channels while keeping affected people informed.
- Help manage electric-vehicle and charger maintenance with the wider Operations team.
- Contribute to future-route and hub expansion while improving processes after operational incidents.
