The specialist creates learning standards, resources and internal delivery capability across Scottish operations. What You'll Work On

  • Design and develop a comprehensive driver learning-and-development framework covering new and experienced drivers.
  • Create induction, Driver CPC, refresher-training and remedial-coaching programmes and the materials needed to deliver them consistently.
  • Build internal training capability through standards, assessment practices, resources and development of other programme facilitators.
  • Work with Operations leaders to identify learning needs from performance trends and translate them into targeted interventions.
  • Evaluate programme effectiveness using quality assurance, learner feedback and operational-performance data, then drive continuous improvement.
