Proven HR experience, leadership ability and solid spreadsheet and online-system skills are required to lead Ember’s Glasgow driver and hub-support teams. The role oversees the day-to-day performance of a 24/7 service and helps develop the hub playbook for rollout across Scotland. Pay is up to £70,000 depending on experience, with occasional early or late shifts on any day.
What You'll Work On
- Recruit, develop and retain Ember’s Glasgow driver team while maintaining performance standards across the local operation.
- Line-manage drivers and hub-support staff, covering HR, shift assignment and cover, training and development.
- Oversee the 24/7 Glasgow service on the ground, coordinating drivers, hub staff and maintenance around punctuality and coach condition.
- Help define and refine Ember’s hub operating playbook and support expansion to additional Scottish locations over the next 12 months.
