Quantitative market-research experience is required for this six-month contract, including survey design, analysis and presenting findings. You’ll own the Brand Tracker, lead studies across markets and manage suppliers, budgets and timelines. The London role pays £60,000–£65,000 and follows Trainline’s hybrid model; multi-market experience and YouGov Crunch are desirable.
What You'll Work On
- Lead quantitative studies from briefing and survey design through analysis and reporting, covering brand health, audiences and campaign evaluation.
- Own the Brand Tracker and combine research, data-science and UX evidence into findings for Brand and Marketing stakeholders.
- Manage research suppliers, budgets and timelines, while testing AI-led methods and developing approaches that colleagues can use for self-service research.
