Insurance across Bolt’s Rentals portfolio spans Bolt Drive and Micromobility programmes across multiple markets. You’ll run claims and insurer reviews, monitor MTPL and loss trends, support renewals and coordinate insurance for country expansions and new products. Relevant expertise includes insurer, broker or MGA experience, motor-insurance knowledge and multi-country programme experience. The full-time position is based on-site in London.
What You'll Work On
- Lead the Bolt Drive insurance portfolio and oversee micromobility programmes covering structures, claims performance and operational exposure.
- Run claims reviews, quarterly business reviews and meetings with insurers and brokers to monitor programme performance.
- Analyse MTPL and other insurance metrics, identify loss trends and coordinate cross-functional actions addressing costs and operational risk.
- Support renewals, broker management, data improvements, country expansions and new product initiatives across Bolt’s insurance programmes.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: Relevant experience includes professional experience within an insurer, broker or managing general agent, with technical knowledge of motor insurance and MTPL.
- Domain: Relevant domain knowledge includes experience with multi-country or pan-European insurance programmes; FoS arrangements are described as ideal.
- Stakeholder: Relevant stakeholder skills include confidence leading claims reviews, quarterly business reviews and insurer or broker meetings.
- Technical: Relevant technical skills include the ability to interpret insurance data and identify programme improvements.
