What You'll Work On
- Define Bolt Rides’ global Trust & Safety strategy in line with business objectives, regulatory expectations and platform integrity.
- Design and implement global incident-management, fraud-prevention, compliance and background-check programmes adapted to local markets.
- Own global Trust & Safety KPIs, standardise processes and provide transparent performance reviews to senior leadership.
- Lead and develop global programme leaders and operations specialists across regional and local teams.
- Embed safety into Product, Engineering, Public Policy, Risk, Legal, Marketing, Finance and Operations decisions.

- Experience: Relevant experience includes at least ten years in Trust & Safety, risk management, operations or compliance with significant global or multi-market scope.
