Key Notes

Senior product leadership, people-management experience and commercial ownership are required to lead Trainline Partner Solutions distribution products. You’ll own the vision, roadmap and P&L, leading four product managers with three direct reports. The London role pays £115,000–£130,000, with equity and bonus, and includes office attendance under Trainline’s hybrid model.

What You'll Work On

  • Set the TPS Distribution product vision and roadmap across UK and European partners, using commercial evidence to prioritise investment.
  • Manage distribution P&L performance and work with Sales and Account Management on partner acquisition, retention and revenue opportunities.
  • Lead four product managers and coordinate Engineering, Data Science, UX and Finance on scalable partner products and AI-enabled working practices.
