Operations Excellence at Bolt builds the systems, standards and automation used across Rides operations in more than 50 countries and 600 cities. The remit covers driver, vehicle, fleet and market workflows, a €10 billion-plus GMV platform and global cost-efficiency programmes. Relevant expertise includes at least 15 years of progressive multi-country operations or operations-excellence experience.
What You'll Work On
- Define Operations Excellence OKRs, success measures and execution cadence and translate three-year strategy into programmes across more than 50 countries and 600 cities.
- Design and automate driver, vehicle and fleet onboarding, document renewals, compliance processes and market workflows with Product and Engineering.
- Eliminate fragmented manual processes and improve automation coverage, speed and quality at a platform operating above €10 billion GMV.
- Lead cost-efficiency initiatives across payroll productivity, customer support and process-driven cost avoidance with clear ROI tracking.
- Set global planning, prioritisation, dependency-management and risk-review standards while enabling regional and country execution.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: Relevant experience includes at least 15 years in Operations, Operations Excellence or Strategy and Operations within a scaled technology, marketplace or platform business.
- Experience: Relevant experience includes leadership across multiple countries or regions and of high-performing teams.
- Experience: Relevant experience includes a record of automation, process redesign and operational scaling with Product, Engineering and Analytics teams.
- Domain: Relevant domain knowledge includes financial judgement covering ROI, unit economics and cost-benefit trade-offs.
- Qualification: Relevant qualifications include an MBA, relevant master’s degree or equivalent leadership experience.
