Reporting to the Senior General Manager, UKI, the role leads approximately ten marketplace professionals and uses analytics and experimentation to direct interventions. Relevant expertise includes at least eight years in marketplace management, strategy, operations, consulting or a comparable analytical commercial environment. The full-time London role offers hybrid working.
What You'll Work On
- Own end-to-end UKI marketplace performance and the strategy for supply-demand balance, customer experience, efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and develop approximately ten marketplace professionals and establish a culture of analytical excellence and experimentation.
- Analyse marketplace metrics, identify risks and opportunities and direct resources towards the highest-impact interventions.
- Develop pricing, incentive and optimisation strategies with Growth Analytics while balancing demand, driver earnings and marketplace liquidity.
- Design and evaluate marketplace experiments and coordinate delivery with Policy, Marketing, Product, Finance and Central Operations.
