Group insurance spans motor and fleet, platform liability, cyber, D&O, property, cargo and scheme products across more than 50 markets. You’ll lead strategy, annual placements, claims and exposure data, captive analysis and insurance input to product launches. Relevant expertise includes global insurance-function leadership and deep technical coverage knowledge; captive, fronting and regulated-outsourcing experience are advantages. The London post offers hybrid working and full-time hours.
What You'll Work On
- Own and refresh Bolt’s group insurance strategy across motor and fleet, platform liability, cyber, D&O, property, cargo and scheme products.
- Lead the annual broker placement cycle, creating competitive tension and optimising programme terms, consolidation decisions and premium efficiency.
- Build exposure, claims and loss-triangulation data infrastructure and assess captive structures or alternative risk-financing business cases.
- Partner with vertical leaders and Product on scheme products, B2B offerings and regulatory coverage supporting launches across Bolt’s mobility services.
- Chair insurance input to the risk committee and advise the C-suite, General Counsel and vertical leadership across more than 50 markets.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: Relevant experience includes a record of leading an insurance function in a global, multi-market business, ideally within a platform, fintech or high-growth technology company.
- Domain: Relevant domain knowledge includes deep technical knowledge of motor and fleet, platform liability, cyber, D&O and scheme or affinity insurance.
- Experience: Relevant experience includes ownership of complex placements, including broker management, underwriter negotiation and programme restructuring.
- Stakeholder: Relevant stakeholder skills include commercial fluency to build a profit-and-loss case for insurance decisions and advise senior leaders directly.
- Preferred: Captive or fronting structures, DORA or EBA outsourcing rules, or insurance-function transformation experience are advantageous.
