What You'll Work On
- Own the long-term Driver Engagement strategy across driver quality, ratings, order completion, utilisation and related marketplace metrics.
- Run recurring performance management across core driver metrics and lead recovery plans for underperforming markets or programmes.
- Prioritise high-return engagement initiatives and translate opportunities into quantified business cases across markets.
- Lead Program Managers and influence Product, Growth, Local Operations, Marketing and Legal roadmaps around driver-engagement priorities.

What They Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven senior leadership experience in ride-hailing, mobility or a two-sided marketplace business is sought.
- Preferred: Leadership experience covering driver or partner engagement or quality is identified as ideal.
- Experience: A track record of building and scaling driver or partner engagement or retention programmes across multiple markets is sought.
- Domain: Deep understanding of marketplace-quality mechanics, including ratings, acceptance, cancellation behaviour and driver scoring, is sought.
- Domain: The ability to define long-term engagement strategy in competitive, multi-market and regulated environments is sought.
- Technical: Strong commercial and analytical capability for business cases and data-driven decisions is sought.
